Itinerary
Day 01 Arrival Srinagar & local sightseeing
Arrival at Srinagar Airport our representative will pick you from there & drive to Srinagar Hotel. On arrival Check in to hotel, after getting freshen up, free yourself for local sightseeing of Srinagar Like Mughal gardens, Royal tulip, Shalimar garden, Pari mahal, local market & Famous Dal lake. In The evening back to hotel, Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 02 Srinagar – Sonamarg – Srinagar
This morning after breakfast leave Hotel for full day tour of Sonamarg (Meadows of Gold), it has sheer scenic splendour. After a breath-taking journey from Srinagar you come across River Sindh that is abounded with trout & Mahseer. Ponies can be hired for a trip up to Thajiwas glacier ; a major attraction during the summer months. Sonamarg’s importance lies in the fact that it is the last halt on the Kashmir side for the drive from Srinagar to Leh. You will be fascinated to see Snowy Mountains against a cerulean sky against its backdrop. Return to Srinagar for overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 03 Srinagar – Gulmarg - Srinagar (58 Km one way)……
This morning after breakfast leave from Hotel & proceed to Gulmarg. On arrival in gulmarg check-in Hotel. Gulmarg is also known as “Meadow Of Flowers “ & has a famous Golf course during summer (which is one if the highest 18-holes golf course in the world) & Ski Resort during winter. One can have a gondola (cable car) ride from Gulmarg to Khilanmarg (own cost) to have a real view in natural beauty of the summer and full snow view in winter. Full Day to Enjoy & Explore the Beauty of Gulmarg. You can have a pony ride in the open fields to seven springs (own cost) and to a lake, which remains frozen until June. At evening return back to Srinagar. Dinner & overnight in Houseboat. At evening take a Shikara Ride In Famous Dal Lake.
Day 04 Srinagar – Pahalgam – Srinagar (91 km ) ……
This morning after breakfast check –out from houseboat & proceed to pahalgam ”VILLAGE OF SHEPHERDS “ en route visiting the world famous Saffron growing fields , Awantipura ruins (9th century ) & Martand Temple (sun temple). Pahalgam is famous for Indian film industry, some trekking routes & also base camp for Amarnath pilgrimage. EXPLORE THE BEAUTY OF PAHALGAM. One can go to Chandanwari, Betab valley & Aru Valley (own cost) has a fine Meadows of Picturesque scenery & starting point of trekking of (Liddarwat, Kolahoi Glacier, Tarsar Lake). At evening return back to Srinagar Dinner and Over Night Stay At hotel.
Day 05 Srinagar Departure
This morning after breakfast complete the check out formalities of houseboat & Proceed to Srinagar airport to board the flight for onward destination with sweet memories of Beautiful Kashmir Tour.
